Design of LED display screen project:
The customer's requirement for this LED display project is that the size of the LED display screen should be combined with the site, and it should be easy to install and maintain quickly. After receiving the customer's request, the HSCXLED team promptly communicated with the customer and provided a one-stop LED display solution. Considering the customer's quick installation, we adopted an indoor die cast aluminum integrated LED display, which has the advantages of easy installation and transportation.
During the communication process, we found that the customer's display screen size could not be achieved using the same size box. Our engineers adjusted it and ultimately adopted two box specifications (640 * 480mm LED display screen+640 * 320mm LED display screen). This solution was approved by the customer.
As the customer's LED display screen is installed in the hotel and adopts a wall mounted fixed installation method, if a regular indoor LED display screen is chosen, the subsequent maintenance difficulty is high. The HSCXLED team has adopted a pre maintenance LED display screen, full front maintenance mode for the screen module, and prepared LED module spare parts and maintenance tools for the customer. If there is a problem with one module of the LED display screen, it can be replaced directly. Pre maintenance LED display screen solves the problem of high maintenance costs for customers during use, and customers are very satisfied with our professionalism.
